It’s the reason you work so hard at your goals. The reason you get out of bed to face a new day and the reason you want to change.
My why stems around my chronic illnesses, wanting to FEEL healthy and physically be healthier than I have been.
I want to lose weight. 30lbs to be exact, however, the number can be flexible with me gaining muscles.
And most importantly I want to be happier. As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression, I want this to be a year for me.
